Welcome on board. There's a few rules you have to follow.

上班時間 / Office hours
8:30AM to 5:30PM from Monday to Friday. With 1 hour lunch break from 12:00 to 13:15.
2023 Taiwan holidays
打卡 / Punch in
We set arrival flextime as 8:30 - 9:00.
You have to punch in when you arrived office, and when you leave need to punch out as well.
彈性上班時間 08:30 至 09:00。到達公司及下班前必須打卡上下班。 下班打卡時間必須多於上班時間至少一分鐘,例:8:30上班,下班打卡時間須於 17:31之後。
Flygo判定打卡異常條件:
- 超過 9:00 尚未打卡,且未請假。
- 工作時數未滿 8 小時。少 1 秒都不行,Flygo系統的計時最小單位為分鐘。
- 事假未事先申請(申請日大於休假日)。
You should have 8 working hours a day, otherwise you must ask for leave on FLYGO app for less than 8 hours.
遲到早退 / Lateness and leaving work early
After 9:00am, you have to apply personal leave or Annual leave. As well as leaving work early. Or, we'll dock your pay for late to work.
遲到、早退,需按照公司規定請事假、特休或扣薪。
Salary deduction calculation formula:
(your pay) / 30(day) / 8(H) / 60(min) x (how long you've been late to work)
請假 / To take day off
To take day off, you need to inform your supervisor first then apply leave-taking application on FLYGO app.
所有請假申請需事先電話或Line告知Eric,並在FLYGOapp填寫假單,假單中需告知事由。 請假時間的最小單位為 0.5H,未滿 0.5H則以 0.5H計。
未註記事由的假單將直接退回

病假 / Sick leave
Where an employee is required to be treated medically or to take rest for injury, sickness or biological reasons, the employee may take sick leave pursuant to the provisions below. Where the employee takes sick leave for a consecutive period of more than 3 days. You must submit proof of medical treatment.
Where the aggregate amount of sick leave taken in a year does not exceed 30 days,the wages paid to an employee shall be half of the regular wage during sick leave.
1年內如果沒超過勞工病假天數 30天,雇主都要給予病假半薪。辦理請假手續時,雇主可以要求勞工提出相關的證明文件。
事假 / Personal leave
Where an employee needs to personally take care of their individual matters, the said employee may take personal leave, provided, however, that the aggregate amount of personal leave taken shall not exceed fourteen days per year.
The wages shall not be paid during personal leave.
因有事故必須親自處理者,得請事假,1年內合計不得超過14日。事假期間不給工資。
特休假 / Annual(paid) leave
Where an employee continues to work for the Company for a certain period of time, he or she shall be entitled to annual paid leave in accordance with the Article 38.
公司採用曆年制特休假。依勞工到職月份比例換算特休天數。
生理假 / Menstruation leave
If it is difficult for a female employee to work while menstruating, the female employee may take one day of menstruation leave per month. Where the days of menstruation leave used in a year are less than three, the menstruation leave taken shall not be counted as sick leave. Any portion in excess of three days shall be included in sick leave. (No supporting document is required for menstruation leave. Additionally, half of an employee’s wages shall be paid for days of menstruation leave, whether designated or not designated as sick leave)
女性受僱者因生理日致工作有困難時,每個月可以請生理假 1日,全年請假日數如果沒有超過 3日,不併入病假計算,其餘日數併入病假計算。前項併入及不併入病假的生理假薪資,減半發給。
每週清潔(5S) / Weekly office cleaning
We clean office at every last day of the week.
每週上班日最後一天的下班前 30分鐘進行環境清潔與整理
午休 / Lunch break
Please lower the volume during lunch break.
午休時段請盡量降低音量,有午休習慣的同事可以休息。不要打鍵盤、長時間交談請到外面。
